The Inspire Partnership is an academy trust serving primary schools and diverse learning communities across Croydon, Greenwich, and Medway. Grounded in a deep commitment to high expectations and values-driven leadership, we bring together schools with a shared, unwavering purpose: transforming children’s lives through partnership and collaboration.

Driven by Values, Guided by the IELF
To bring our partnership mission to life across every setting, we created the Inclusive Education Leadership Framework (IELF).
The IELF serves as our trust-wide anchor, bridging high academic ambition with inclusive, values-based practice. It defines what we expect of ourselves and each other through three interconnected pillars.
By using the framework alongside our Continuum of Influence, we support every member of staff—from early-career teachers and operational colleagues to executive directors—to reflect on their practice, grow professionally, and broaden their positive impact.
We do not believe in isolated success. In an evolving educational landscape, we know that true capacity is built through deep, trust-based collaboration.
Through cross-school peer coaching, collaborative leadership projects, shared curriculum development, and trust-wide networks, our staff work shoulder-to-shoulder to tackle complex challenges, share best practices, and support one another’s professional growth.
